Rio is a beautiful gold brindle owned and loved by Debra Kahn of Littleton, Colorado.  Rio happens to be Karli's uncle (her mom and Rio are littermates) and that's how I had the good fortune of finding Rio to use as a stud for Kizzy.  Rio is the sire of both of Kizzy's litters (the First litter and the Remake litter).  He was shown by Debra's teenage daughter Julie and she did a wonderful job in showing him, so wonderful, in fact, that he finished very fast, even though Debra and Julie were novices in the ring.  Since Rio and Kizzy's first litter was born, he has fathered a few other litters too, all with the same beautiful results. 

By the way, Rio's breeder (Linda Wanamaker) used to use the kennel name "Shelley," but has since changed her kennel name to "Prairiwind."
