When Reme was born, all I could say was "Wow, we got another Trudy!"  To say the least, she was spoken for before she took her first breath.  Little Reme first went to her new family, Nick Smith and his parents Julie and Chuck, of Ogden, Utah.  She was an absolute delight to have here in our home.  She is so full of love, vim and vigor and not an "alpha" like Mira or "beta" like Trudy.  She is a nice little package that I think will do very well in the show ring.  She never complained when we put her in her own crate at night and was quick to learn that she needed to go back into my office and go back into the ex-pen and potty on the piddle pad.  Reme made her show debut on May 19th in Logan, Utah, and the Smiths had quite the cheering section there as they have a lot of family right there in Logan.  With the Smiths only being 7 miles away from us, we got to see her often, puppy sitting while they were out of town and got her ready for the show ring.  Reme accompanied Strider and Trudy to Spokane and Coeur D'Alene, where Reme was winners bitch and best of winners for a 3 point major!!!  We expected (and got) great things from her.  After coming back from the National Specialty in Denver where Reme took first in the bred-by competition, the Smiths decided that they traveled too much to keep Reme happy and they wanted what was best for her, so they let me take her back.  Although I was sad for them because they were giving up the sweetest girl you ever did know, I was ecstatic because Reme has turned out to be every breeder's dream:  awesome structure, loving and sweet temperament, and knew how to turn on the charm in the show ring!
